About Michael:
Michael Izzard relocated to Greenville from Northern California where he worked at Izakaya Gama, the Harbor House Inn (two Michelin Stars), The Restaurant at Meadowood (three Michelin Stars) and Acquerello (two Michelin Stars). His cuisine is umami forward, grounded in long term fermentations and aging while focusing on seafood and vegetables cooked over charcoal.
